This programme is designed to prepare individuals to support lead teachers in providing academic, social-emotional, and developmental support for young children.

This programme is designed to train Early Childhood practitioners who have been certified at level 3 and is seeking to develop supervisory skills in the same programme. The training will equip learners on policies and procedures needed to the Functions effectively in the Early Childhood Institution and industry and Maintaining Organization's Information Systems. On completion the individual should be able to set-up, manage and supervise the day-to-day running of an Early Childhood establishment without supervision as stipulated by the Early Childhood Commission. 

This competency-based course will provide the required knowledge, skills, and attitudes trainees will need to function effectively in a Supervisory/Management role.

The training will equip learners in Preparing Operational Budget, Maintaining and Controlling Stock, Performing Personnel Management Functions for an Early Childhood Institution and Maintaining Organization's Information Systems. On completion the individual should be able to set-up, manage and supervise the day-to-day running of an Early Childhood establishment without supervision as stipulated by the Early Childhood Commission.

This programme is designed to train individuals in offering quality customer service. The requisite guidelines and best practices for providing excellent customer service are identified for efficient use. Guidelines and best practices are taught that will enable frontline associates and service staff in back-up and support roles to build, maintain, and increase a loyal customer base. Units such as Contribute to Effective Workplace Relationships, Provide Service to Customers with Special Needs, Manage Business Customer Relationship, Provide Mentoring and Coaching within the Workplace will be covered throughout the programme. The minimum entry requirement is successfully completing the entrance test or 1 CXC and the training will cover ALL level 1 & 2 units.
