It covers the requisite skills and knowledge needed to understand and operate a personal computer, to enter data and to access information. eg. perform basic operations using a Microsoft Word, Spread Sheet Application and create a document. This unit applies to individuals operating in the information and communication industry. Upon completion the participants will be awarded a Level2 Certificate in Data Operations. "
