This course equips trainees with advanced skills in competency analysis, workplace communication, training programme design, system management, facilitation, customer service, and ICT for training administration. It is aligned with NVQ-J standards and prepares learners to design, deliver, evaluate, and continuously improve training systems that meet organisational, industry, and national development needs.
